Notice: Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy is coming! [Pre-Patch, and Patch Status]
TLDR: Maxis is releasing Laundry List Patch (Maybe Royalty & Legacy Pre-Patch) on Tuesday February 3rd which might affect many mods, so if you want to play with your mods during this time, please disable updates!
Soon maxis will be releasing a patch which will include changes for the upcoming Royalty & Legacy Expansion. You can read more about the changes here. Excitingly, they also released a code change guide for modders, for the first time, and while I didn’t see anything too concerning for WP in the highlighted upcoming code changes that doesn’t mean something won’t break. Especially if this is the actual pre-patch for the upcoming expansion. Given that last time they released the pre-patch for the expansion two weeks ahead of time, I’m going to assume it’s the same for this time.
But you don’t need to be worried! That’s for your modders to figure out! While it can be difficult to predict how long your favorite mods will be out of commission, it typically takes us (TURBO, Basemental, and me) few hours to about 2 days to release a patch. I’ll be in discord while patching tomorrow for those who want a more up to the moment prediction for how the patch is going, but for those who don’t use discord, I’ll be silently updating this post here as the process progresses, to keep you informed with how the patch is coming.
Again, If you plan to play your modded sims 4 while we are working on the patch, then I highly recommend you disable updates. You can do this by opening the EA app, looking for the 3 horizontal bars in the upper left corner -> Settings -> hit the download tab just below settings (It’s not immediately obvious it’s a tab) then click off update games automatically, I’d probably disable ‘Enable Background Downloads’ just to be safe too. Then hit the 3 horizontal bars again and hit ‘go offline.’ This should prevent the sims 4 from auto-updating while your Mod Authors work on patches for you. If you want to be extra tinfoil, so shiny and chrome, you can disconnect your computer from the internet too, but that’s probably a bit cray cray, but we love things a bit crazy here don’t we?

Hello, author, I would like to ask if the Sensually Tight trait causes sims to blush when in use? I really like this trait, especially the tear effects it adds, but when there are flirty sims around, my sim's face becomes extremely red. Hello 邵! The translation worked fine! Yes, so you can disable this effect, there is a 'blank blush override' which overrides the blushing effects to be transparent. Practically speaking, disabled. BE is just guessing, the quantitative number placed on it is pure speculation, put it more accurately qualitatively, BE is saying there is a low chance that WP might be the cause of the LE. It doesn't know. But I'd be more than happy to look over the LE with you. Hello, I’m not able to interact with my sims when I downloaded the latest version. Everytime I go to interact with another sim it resets the sim. Is this going to be fixed. I moved all my mods out to see which one was giving it that issue and when I just had WP installed that’s what was happening.
That's not a bug I'm currently seeing. For your minimal install test, test with just Wicked Whim and Wicked Perversions installed and BMD/MCC/BE if you use them. Then, if you get a Last Exception, it should be in your The Sims 4 folder, send it to me using a free, no account needed service such as pastebin.com Copy the raw text of the LE into the textbox, hit the 'create a new paste' button and then reply here with the URL of the resulting webpage.

I update my posts with hotpatches, so if you already have my mod installed, I'd redownload from the post to get the latest version for the latest game update. There is a changelog at the top with dates and things about the hotpatches!

Greetings, This typically happens when the mod is installed incorrectly. Please pay special care to how deep you place my files in your mod folder. Script mods can't be further than 1 subfolder deep from the root (Mods) folder. This means 'Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Mods / NisasWickedPerversions / files go here` is okay but 'Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Mods / Some Folder / NisasWickedPerversions / files go here` is not. Also make sure you have the latest version of WW and Basemental drugs installed (the latest public/free versions are fine too) and if you are getting any Last Exception files (called LEs for short) then please send them my way!

Mostly just what's above. WW patreon is patched, I believe WW public is patch is coming soon. WP Patreon is patched, there is a link above, WP public patch is about to be released. Make sure your WW is patched before patching and playing with WP.

Ah right, yes WP still needs a patch while BMD does not! I'm finishing it up now. Going to double check this depravity bug reported below, but it shouldn't be much longer!
Had the auto updater on.... though most things in-mod seem to work fine, except for the depravity meter of my succubus, it won't go down. Seems she's got a serious problem on her hands now, poor demon. XD
