dance,dance,dance!
Surely-Sims’s Shrimp Cocktail Dress is so lovely that I got completely absorbed while making this dance. ☺️
The little shrimp on the head is so cute, so I imagined it as if the Sim was saying “Look, look!” and showing it off. 🦐💖
Someday I’d love to complete a full dance animation, so I’ve been trying my hand at short animation poses from time to time.
But I’m still not very confident about creating continuous, dynamic movements yet.
Still, one day I hope I can let my Sim dance to choreography that I created myself. ☺️
Like a dance that starts like this.
This is a test where I edited one of the official animations from the game.
It’s still a bit awkward, isn’t it? 🤭
The official animations are probably made using motion capture, so I tried adjusting a few things—like softening the tense facial expression and making the hand movements look more natural—while being careful not to change the rhythm of the motion.
But it still feels like there’s a long way to go. ☺️

I’ve re-posted a pose on Patreon that I originally shared on my blog on December 3, 2024, as a little introduction.
Let your Sims sway back and forth idly with it.☺️
