Another question for Stacie. Do you think Joey and Caitlin ultimately end up together or was there too much drama and baggage to move past?
For Stacie. Is it true that Kevin Smith wanted to cast you as the lead in Mallrats but the studio wanted a more recognizable name and Shannon Doherty was cast instead?
I had the pleasure of meeting Stacie in Windsor and she was an absolutely gem! My question is for Amanda, during season 3 of Next Generation -- we see flash backs of Spike and Emma meeting with Shane, and she has her iconic spikey blond hair in the background. Was that you or a stand in, and if it was you - what was that like getting back into that classic look. Also, do you have any memories of 'Threes a Crowd' the Degrassi High episode where Spike has a crush on Snake. We're you surprised to see that paid off?
My question is for both If you got to switch characters what would you do different with the characters storylines ?
my question is for both Amanda and Stacie, after all these years and looking back is there anything you would have done differently in TNG or had wanted to incorporate in your characters storylines? Also what do you think they would be doing now? Amanda, what do you think Emma and baby Jack would be doing today?
For both: how did you feel your characterization/storylines in TNG compared to the original series? Did you have any advice for the new cast members on navigating being the faces of the show? For Stacie: When you came back for these episodes, did you know you would be returning for season three as a regular? Were you surprised that it was Snake and Spike getting married instead of Joey and Caitlin? For Amanda: The Snake/Spike dating - married with a kid pipeline happened fast, even for TV. Were you surprised, given that they only had one failed date in Degrassi High? For both: was there anyone from the original cast you would've liked to have seen cameo at the wedding (or on TNG in general) that didn't?
My questions are for both Amanda and Stacie, did you enjoy being on Degrassi more as a teen or coming back as an adult? And why? Also, which character of the Next Generation did you kind of see yourself in if any?
