[Early Access]๐Ÿ›๏ธ Stylish Shop v1.3.2: Smartphone Banking Payments

v1.3.2 adds Smartphone Banking as a payment option for shops, plus a buyer-selection API for module integrations. It also fixes shops failing to open when items use non-string rarity values.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Smartphone Banking Payments

Shop Settings can now route purchases and sell payouts through each character's primary Smartphone Widget bank account.

  • Completed shop transactions show up in the bank history.

  • Shop prices and payouts still follow the shop's own currency setup.

  • Smartphone Widget v2.2.0 is required for this payment route. Sheet and library wallet payments work without it.

๐Ÿ”Œ Integration Buyer Selection

The new openShopWithBuyerSelection(shopId) API is for modules that open a specific shop directly.

  • External integrations can reuse the same buyer-selection flow as the Shop Directory.

  • Players with multiple owned characters pick who enters the shop. Players with one owned character enter directly.

Bug Fixes

  • Shop fails to open on certain items: Item rarity reading now handles cases where a system stores rarity as a number or object instead of a string. Affected shops open normally again.

Notes

Sheet currency handling moved onto GlitchSmith Library internally. The shop still uses the same currency setup, item prices, stock, and sell-back logic. Multi-coin purchases and sales are now checked all at once, so a partial deduction cannot happen if any step would fail.

Requirements

  • GlitchSmith Library v0.5.0 or newer

  • Foundry VTT v13 or v14

  • Smartphone Widget v2.2.0 is only required when using Smartphone Banking payments

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but why do shops "reset" as in when 2 players are shopping at the same time, 1 goes through and the other player's transactions gets cancelled? I assume it's because the shop needs to update the shops items so it displays correctly on all players screens, but is there some way for other players to shop at the same time? I recognized the same thing for the Chirp app (amazing module), if someone is writing on it, it cancels the other players post if they are writing when someone posts. Buuut, I also might be using it incorrectly and chirp should only be used to relay information and not meme post.

Thank you for the report. Both of these appear to be bugs. I will look into them and get them patched.
