A "boob window" is an opening that exposes part (or all) of the breast without being part of the neck opening. In this case you can see the outfit connects to the "collar", so it's a boob window.

Yep. Had to do that the first time I looked up Krystal as well.
We still need some Metroid love. Perhaps Natani in the Power Suit as the gender of Samus was originally masculiny ambiguous as well. And Zero Suit Flora, because she's cute and hasn't had a Sunday sketch in a long while.
