I do wonder what vanity looks like if all the masks were forced off. I almost expect the real her to be human.
Nothing in the story makes any real sense if the answer is anything other than: the vixen we see. Also she could just take the mask off during interrogation and blast Keiren since she'd have access to magic. It's also undermining Tom's branding if he repeatedly sells Vanity = vixen... but nah, she's really human. Tom's recent lore says a bunch of stuff, and what it also keeps saying is: fox.
