Originally, back before Flora was even a tiger, the Basitin race was supposed to be all but extinct, leaving only humans and keidren, and Keith was one of (if not the only) living basitin remaining, which was going to be a major plot point. But that was before some of our dear readers were even BORN. Gods I feel old...

I always assumed there are many ways to split into 2 groups, and the point was noticing them all. 1: those comfortable in their skin and those not 2. Those inside and outside of couples 6. Those with and without magic The world is so full of ways to divide people.
