The "generals" links to page 206 and I thiiink you wanted 357? But "look at all the [Keiths]!" links to 357, 356 is where the actual "Keiths" joke is. - In ch18's summary: "! Meanwhile, Natani battles her inner demons." I am unsure on if Natani being referred to with "her" is an error or deliberate for some reason, but since Natani is pretty consistently referred to with he/him basically everywhere else that I've seen these days, I figured I'd flag it.
