Unusually, were Zen to be written slightly more seriously, I could see him in some furry version of The Expanse...
Would fit in universes like Star Wars, Freelancer, The Fringe, Serenity and plenty more. I love how he obviously just hopped on the seat and grabs the flightstick.
It's a shame this didn't get picked in the color vote but it was a strong runner up. Very strong roguish charm and energy to Zen here which is captured perfectly by his expression. Though really it's pretty much Zen being Zen... IN SPACE. And yes, space backgrounds seem to be another increasingly common forte of yours Tom. Nicely done! It will be interesting to see if others in the community make this into a full AU concept if any future requests come in.

I think the motion lines suggest that he's currently in the process of jumping into the seat.

Offscreen is his co-pilot Red who tends to wear a bandolier...and nothing else and only speaks in grunts and growls
