I second this. It's easy to see why Trace liked Nora, or Saria, or Rose, but why did *anyone* care about old Trace?

I kind of wonder was nora like a mother to trace when he was young because it seems that way from a lot of their interactions.
I don't think a mother would kiss their kid like Nora did to trace on page 1246 "Nora awake 6" through stoneward (aka Stoney) but who knows... maybe dragons have different relationship rules ¯\(•_•)/¯
I knew something looked familiar. I'd also like to see more moments like these between Nora and Trace.
And that's not even the first time she's played dead as an excuse to get him in glomping range.

It says SO much about Nora, how she considers herself both simultaneously in love, possessive, caring, loving, and mothering, all to Trace. Just warms my heart.
I think it's a natural progression when you see someone grow from a child to an adult to an old man without changing yourself. It just don't happen with humans because they age the same rate.
I love Nora so much, such an adorable lil troll. A little more disturbing to think WHY she ended up that way, dealing with the tedium of an extended lifespan and the ennui it brings... until she found a blue-haired little weirdo to add a little color.
Trace: "At least she didn't try to wash my face this time." Nora: "I still don't understand why you were so upset. Dry sandpaper works fine for me!" Trace: "Well, I don't have scales like you do and I'm rather attached to my skin!"

Nora agreed to help Trace try to Impress Saria, plotting from the beginning to cuddle, mission accomplished.
Saria was not impressed, and Mary was angry because they destroyed her garden in the process.
