My guess is, in his drunken state, he put on Natani's bandages.

I am going to be honest. The night before the stream, I couldn't come up with anything and jokingly put as my suggestion. I never thought it would win.

Great work. Happy Keith = best Keith. I like to imagine this as one of the things that happens in the story but gets left out due to more important pieces of plot.
