Dev Stuff | What I've invested in my game projects lately
I've hit a bit of a wall with my computer's RAM (16 GB), so I ordered a 32 GB upgade. Costs about $120. The problem with developing games is that it takes much more RAM to have a project open than when running a normal finished build. My computer is kind of old, but only the RAM space is a problem. Don't need a new computer for a few years yet, thankfully.
Another investment was Odin Inspector ($40), which makes editing dialogs and cutscenes inside Unity's inspectors much faster in my particular use case.
The Steam release of Demon's Soulbound was a $100 investment (Steam wants upfront money for publishing a game through their service), but it was easily worth it.
Thanks for helping me fund all this.

No worries mate! Easily one of the worthiest subscriptions I've payed recently, and I'll keep on helping as long as I can afford! Gotta help my indie developers hahaha
