Hotfix: V0.5.2.3

Hi All,

Just releasing the latest build with some fixes :) Will be releasing the news of what's to come in the V0.5.3.X build that will feature the Masochist class ;D

Therapist

Players unable to click on location and instead have to use the "T" shortcut which is not available to mobile.

Soft lock when pressing the skip button.

Boss Fight/Mini-boss

Wrong dick color randomly xD
At times Lory would incorrectly have smegma applied to the sprite.

Clinic

Smegma sprite being static.

Dialogue System

There will now be a warning message when selecting either of the Skip buttons before proceeding.

P.S. Currently, Construct 3 is having some issues with the MacOS export. Will upload the mac version for those that use it asap when it has been fixed!
