Best movie ever

For those of you who haven’t watched it, a construction worker digs something up and cuts his finger, he twists it and the center pops out. He presses it and the cut is gone, he presses it again, it rewinds time having no idea what it is yet wonders what he could use it for. One side he’s on the top of the world but his side was different. He tested his luck on a girl, he tested on 3 pickup lines, 1 he really wanted to try. When it started to work, it was ended with failure. It was tough till he met someone on accident. He talked to her for hours and got her phone number. He buys some chips and a soda, he spills the soda in the shop, he steals money but gets shot. He rewinds time and gets shot, same thing happens so he just buys it. Something changes. Next day, his mind races, the fear, the pain, how the vile could make him feel. The tower he sits on is big enough to make his stomach twist so he jumps off and rewinds time but it wasn’t high enough, so he jumps of a platform that they use to build but it slips out of his hand and breaks but time still rewinds, making him stuck in a loophole.

I loved it. What I thought was going to happen, though, was this: the amulet could only go back in time a fixed amount. You could see he almost lost the ability to get out of a bad situation at the convenience store when he got shot. For the jumping scenes, his initial jumps were short enough that he could get rewound back onto the ledge. For the higher crane jump I was thinking he wouldn't be able to rewind to before his jump. This, almost same result: he'd be stuck in a perpetual fall, but the amulet would still be in his hand. He'd then have to deal with the thoughts that this is his fate locked in - only he got to decide when to let it end.
