Guide: Fixing Misaligned Leaky VFX
Using a smaller, non-default WickedWhims penis? The leaky visual effect can end up misaligned — floating or landing in the wrong spot.
Easy fix. Open the settings menu and look for Penis Size Reference. Pick the size option that matches what your sim is using, and Bare Bare will know where to place the VFX.
That's it — no reset or reload needed.

Will there ever be an option for large/huge penises? I like having hung exhibitionist Sims and it sucks that there's no option for large penises!
Leaky VFX shouldn't be an issue on WickedWhims' default large size — the VFX is anchored to the tip, so it follows whatever WW gives it. If you're using something bigger than the WW defaults, I unfortunately can't shift the placement, since there's no bone to target beyond what WickedWhims provides. Out of my hands on that one, sorry!
