Patreon Poll March

Hello Patrons,

There were a huge amount of suggestions for upcoming video topics so we've decided to let you vote for multiple options here and have given you 21 choices. We'll be making the winner but vote for anything you want to see because that will help us realise there's more buzz around certain topics than we were expecting.

We'll try and make the winner within the next month but some of the bigger topics on here might take a little bit longer to research and script. We'll keep you posted about our progress.

Cheers,
The FJ Crew

Whenever I open YouTube it shows the "Breaking News" row with all the major outlets and lately they are all going ape shit over the "One Nation Surge" in SA. Why do all the media outlets have such a raging boner over the MAGA lite party after they ripped Dutton's Coalition to shreds for trying to pull the same rhetoric in the 2025 election?

My thoughts are: - Broader analysis of Australian peoples in relation to politics (and making it interesting) is what FJ does well; i.e. Queensland video, Policy, One Nation, Budget, Energy, Victoria ect) - Military affairs and global trends like AI are covered better by other specialist channels (e.g. warfronts, economics explained, ect) - It is extremely important for a mainstream channel like FJ to cover our labor history i.e. Rum Rebelion, Eureka stockade, ect) - Love FJ content covering australian's weirdest cultural elements but I feel like it should be the regular break from usual content rather than the focus.

I voted what would another Labor term look like, but honestly all of the LEAN accomplishments, koala Park 🐨 & enviro wins could just be a 2 hour long amazing deep dive and the perfect reason for why having another term gives groups like LEAN (and left labor) really shape this country in smart ecological ways. Go dream big Jordan you know your capable

This latest video you posted https://youtu.be/lU2Y7P3PXmM?si=S-RUBp9bRRNnCbnV .... I am getting tired of you being a Labor shill... Labor are not perfect It won't hurt your viewer numbers if you were constructively critical of them too... Are Victorian Labor spending tax money wisely at the moment??? Public transport, especially the buses are not the most reliable.... there is more but will you talk about their shortfalls?

What is happening with our Liquid gas supplies and who is dictating the push to eliminate gas for new home builds, and dismantling of LPG for use in vehicles when we should remove the dependency of imported fuel (amongst other imported products), and utilise and innovate with what we have.

A video on what Labor has been doing since they got in last year. And yes, I mean EVERYTHING they've been doing. Really say it out loud for the people in the back who can't be arsed to read. Or a video on what Labor could do better (I really hate how green that sounds but seriously the social media ban and the recent bs isn't something anyone can ignore).

If you do end up going a grid update video, would it be possible to get some words from the AEMO and /or ARENA. Maybe, to a lesser extent, the AER or AEMC.

Sorry. Notice I spewed an acronym salad. - Australian Energy Market Operator. - Australian Renewable ENergy Agency - Australian Energy Regulator - Australian Energy Market Commission

You should do a video about how shit our education was growing up all we learned about in history was the world wars, the holocaust, the first fleet and a white washed version of aboriginal culture. No wonder half the country are a bunch of morons.

I am interested in where to from here regarding the NACC - I need to see real consequences for the turds who have shafted the victims yet again. Brereton should be held to account for all his vested interests and protection of perpetrators.

How Labor's support for US imperialism and US strategic objectives rather than, I don't know, OURS, is dumb as fuck. Like paying hundreds of billions so they can have some nuclear subs here to piss off our largest trading partner when recent conflicts has shown that missle and drone tech which can be developed and made here is the stragically the best and most economic form of DEFENCE.

f
felix sirs · March 14, 2026

I agree with you that its terrible that labor supports US imperialism, however where I disagree is that they have a choice. If they actually went against what the US wanted, we would be couped like what happened with Gough. People tend to also forget that we have a lot of US troops on our soil, never mind the links between ASIO and the CIA. How can we chart a different course when our Intelligence agency is effectively filled with people who are more loyal to the CIA and the US empire than to Australia? Sadly we are effectively a vassal state of US, like most of Europe and the world.

M
Matt CLARKE · March 13, 2026

And how the US owns about half of our stock market and the influence of a powerful foreign voting block then has over our policies including taxation, to the detriment of us.

M
Matt CLARKE · March 13, 2026

Labor's support for the illegal war with Iran and dragging us into it. Penny Wong's complete bullshit about stopping Iran from having nuclear weapons.

K
KombatDisko · March 13, 2026

If you do the NDIS video, i can tell you some of my experiences of the NDIA working as a support coordinator. We’ve had some absolute shockers we’ve had to deal with, including one of my coworkers being told that they’re non-verbal participant needed to give the agency verbal consent.

D
DankPineapple · March 13, 2026

Would love to see an analysis of the David Crisafulli gov. He is often, and consistently painted positively by the PM. At least on the surface, it just looks like he's doing a pretty good job. I'm wondering how difficult it may be to shift voter preference toward Labor again. Is there even a reason to try?

M
Mathew · March 13, 2026

A look into Australian politics & who’s on Israel’s teet/dick would be lovely. Never thought Albo would throat Israeli cock but here we are.

S
Shaggy_Kidd · March 13, 2026

By the NDIS video, I'm guessing you're referring to Drew Pavlou's poor excuse of a doco?

J
Jason Masters · March 13, 2026

Top pref is Iran as it brings in so many other topics - Australia never learns - ISIS Brides - Australia not dealing with the consequences - why are Australians returning from fighting with the IDF ok but not acceptable for other fighting groups (? White armies ok, brown and black armies bad?) - Palantir - why social media is so important in this world of failed MSM and AI News - CSIRO with Iran and WWIII around the corner we need more national research - Provides a transition to Mossad Minns

P
Polivoks · March 13, 2026

I’m a natural supporter of the ALP, but am very disturbed by the behaviour of Minns with regards to right to protest, free speech and unreserved support of Israel. There are many of us who feel this way I am sure, could you make a video and give us some advice? Actually thinking of voting Greens in the next state election, and I’m not alone.

M

Best thing you can do is join the Labor party. Be a voice inside the tent. For $50/yr, it's a cheap investment in democracy.

Please focus on domestic issues. There are enough people online doing international stuff and I think your strength is Australia.

P
Polivoks · March 13, 2026

Yes but those international issues become local. We don’t live in a microcosm. There is a lobby for a foreign government buying, blackmailing and threatening our politicians and influencing our media, and have you seen Petrol Prices?

P
Prison Mike · March 13, 2026

One Nation policies? Do they even have any?

O

They have slogans

s
souleh · March 13, 2026

Included a vote for the social media ban but more specifically due to the rumoured VPN ban (as has now been announced in the UK), as this is a much bigger issue imo. There’s potential overreach here, misunderstanding of the core tech involved - they can’t ban the technology so do they force the providers to age restrict? What about self hosted? Etc etc. But probably too niche, so other votes too

O
Oliver Eyre · March 13, 2026

T

Kind of lost interest in news about the social media ban, since other countries have basically seen what Australia's done and said "hold my beer". The Australian one seems super tame and unremarkable by comparison.
