0.8.3 Content Poll Winner

Hey everyone, Happy Halloween!

Gigi has won the 0.8.3 Content Poll!

She'll be getting her Phase 2 content completed for the next patch, but let's not forget the second place winner from the poll in 0.8.2 which was promised to get content as well: an Orca lady!

I have some other planned NPCs to add, such as another denizen of your apartment complex.

I'll post an update once more info is solidified and we may have another poll as well for things to focus on in addition to content, like sound effects or locations.

If you haven't checked them out yet, 0.8.2d and 0.8.1n have some spoooky patch notes!

Anyway, I'm gonna get back to this candy, see ya!
