I blew out my back. Taking a few days off.
Hello friends. During back day this week I went a little hard and am now paying for it. I'm in a lot of pain and can't focus on anything other than recovery now. I'll be taking off a few days to recover and follow all the steps needed to get over this per med recommendations and such. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Time to go lay down with some ice. Be good and I'll keep you posted.

I pulled my back last Saturday packing up from GM'ing at a con and I haven't recovered fully yet...It sucks.
