Dogecoin Mimic. It’s stats are scaled up and down based on how many people are looking at it.

Set of dentures mimic. A set of real teeth inside a set of fake teeth.

Mimic Arcane focus. only bites when you try to cast spells

Cloak mimic, sword mimic, backpack mimic or a suit of armour mimic. Anything likely to be fought over and worn..

Small bridge mimic. Players get chomped trying to cross, then have to cross the chasm when it's dead :D Really like the above ideas - statue / suit of armor mimic, book + bookstand mimic, bed/chair mimic: these will haunt my players :D

Given the size limit to mimics I would love to see a mimic carriage. Would be need to have a few more vehicles around

How about a mimic 3d printer? Kind of meta but can be made arcane-y.

Carpet mimic. Make players think it's a carpet of flying, then chomp away!

Broom Mimic. After having an animated broom KO a player, I throw brooms in my game all the time just to scare them. I would love to have them check to see if the broom is magical, and feel safe, just to find out it’s actually a mimic.

I have always enjoyed having the mimic bar, stools, tables, bath room. I have had players open the door in the middle of a dungeon and see the bar, and sit down before I can say a word and get very confused the bar stool bites the ass

Fruit mimics. They hang from trees in colonies. Not very good at accurate fruit for type of tree( fear the banana mimic!)
