Army Annual Training Complete! Say hello to Major Zavala!
First off, thank you all for your patience while I was completing my Army Reserve Annual Training. I know my output has been slow, but now that its complete I look forward to all the fun projects I have lined up for you all. Also, I've been promoted to the rank of Major!
After 21 years of service and four MOS's (13B, 91W, 11A & 38A) its great to get to this point. As a Major in the Civil Affairs my work will mostly involve planning and information management, though I'm going to be state side for the foreseeable future. Its been a hell of a ride, though I'm most likely going to retire in the near future. I've definitely done my part that's for sure lol.
But anyway, back to the world of 3D! This weekend I'll do some casual modeling to shake off the cobwebs. I'll most likely stream these random modeling sessions so be sure to follow me on Twitch . Also next week I'll try to do a live stream daily to catch up on the back log. I can always use some company of course :)
Thanks again everyone. Take care and I really appreciate your support and patience :)

Indubitably
Congrats!
Thanks!
Man, seeing that big grin on your face - even if I worried about the output (which I don't, not even close to printing everything!), that would wipe it away :D So impressive mate! And so happy! That alone is awesome to see these days.
Thank you!

As a former 11B, thank you for all your hard work and service to this nation!
Thank you brother

Thanks!
This (former) Petty Officer 2nd Class salutes you! I got out in '03 after one trip to the sandbox. Wasn't for me anymore at that point. Much respect.
Thank you for your service too brother. I hear ya.
That's awesome man! Congrats.
Thank you!
Grz mate, to use MMO parlance, lol. Excellent job.
Thank you!
Congrats Major! And here I thought with your tremendous output that you were a full-time 3D modeler. This just makes me think you are even more amazing. Keep up the good work, and you will know when its time to retire. I separated and came back civil service, so I still have about 20 more years to go. I'm halfway there.
Thanks friend! I am a full time 3D artist now actually. Reserve service doesn't slow down my output minus these two weeks :)
Wow, congrats MAJ! That is quite the career you've had, sir. Sometimes I wish I'd stayed in. Primus only knows what direction my life would have taken...
Thanks friend!
