New Requests Completed!
Hello friends! For the last models this month I worked on Patreon requests and made:
The Grinning Gargoyle Trap - this is the iconic trap from the Tomb of Horrors! This was an excellent sculpting project and I'm really happy with how this terrain piece came out. Don't peak in there though. If you know you know :P . Full files are here and in the Tales from the Yawning Portal folder.
Tropical Axe Beak - so this was for a fun request of a Axe Beak but with a parrot head. Funny but now it kinda reminds me of a certain mount from a certain Fantasy that's Final lol. I made a regular wild version as well as a mount version. The mount version also has an option for you to remove the top so you can fit a mini onto it. Be sure to sand the top part a little so you don't need glue when you place it on top. Full files are in Misc Patron Requests - A - Axe Beak Tropical.
The Shockstomper - so this was a wild request for this giant robot from Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage. There is no stat block or imagery. Just this description: "A Gargantuan contraption made of wood, metal, and stone. Shockerstomper consists of a 30-foot-diameter, saucer-shaped platform mounted atop seven mechanical legs. Crowning the platform are three spherical turrets, each with a brass nozzle. The entire construction stands 20 feet tall. The control module is a chamber obscured from view in the center of the contraption, nestled between the three turrets." I think I did alright with my interpretation. I feel like it actually stomps haha. To print this its too big for a regular resin printer but a large sized one can handle it. This would be pretty easy to print in FDM given the simplicity of the various parts. You will have to sand a little to get the legs to fit in the body but no glue will be needed. The turrets are free moving so you can glue them whatever position you want, or print them hollow and place a heavy weight inside half way to printing to keep them steady on the hull once printed. Or maybe a magnet? Full files are here and in this campaign's folder.

That's it for July! Have a great weekend friends and I'll get back to it soon!
