Mindflayers!
Hello friends! Today I have for you the terrifying Mindflayers from the new Monster Manual! These were a lot of fun to sculpt up and rig up! I enjoyed working on the Astral armor pieces. I made two versions with Mindflayer 1 being more dynamic for resin folks and Mindflayer 2 being more FDM friendly. You will get your best results printing Mindflayer 2 on its back in FDM. If you want to try Mindflayer 1 you should position it with its claws pointed upward so no supports are needed in the hands.

I am really enjoying your work. What is really fun is that the Jupiter 2 resin printer has a build plate of 300x170x300 which is allowing me to use your full scale models.. now I just need to learn to paint. Thanks for your great models and sharing with your audience.
