The Dark Lord Cthulhu of Ravenloft!

Hello friends! Thanks for tuning in today to my live stream of this awesome mini I modeled. Sorry to folks on Youtube who suddenly saw the stream end early. Youtube is weird. But Twitch kept going so I appreciate the company while I worked on this guy!

This is the Dark Lord Cthulhu that's making an appearance in the upcoming book Ravenloft: The Horrors Within! A Dark Lord is a game mechanic in this book that each setting revolves around. The previous book Van Richtens Guide to Ravenloft was all about this and its a really fun experience.

But anyway, this was an amazing model to work on today! I really enjoyed sculpting him up. He's rigged if you want to give him a different pose. For FDM printing I made sure to split him up into pieces for easier printing. He is too big for regular resin printers though. Sorry folks, this can only be pulled off on very large resin printers, though if you wanna size pieces down or use Meshmixer to cut it up further I'm sure that will work.
