Tome of Beasts: The Tosculi Hive Queen & Drone!

Hello again friends! Today I continued working on the various creatures from Tome of Beasts and made:

  • Tosculi Hive Queen - the hive queen is both the Tosculi's greatest asset and weakness. When she's around the hive is unstoppable in battle with their coordinated assaults and tactics. But if you take out the queen, the hive turns into a chaotic mess, killing each other in a mad rampage. This mini is rather complicated to print with the swords both in FDM and resin, therefore I made a version that can be printed without the swords. You just squeeze the swords into the hands after printing them.

  • Tosculi Drone - this is just a sad little dude who just wants to do his job in peace. Unlike his larger cousins this one can't fly as he just has sad little vestigial wings. Its rather small so printing in FDM is a little tough. You'll get the best results with it on its back with the fingers pointed up though.
