Branded To Fall Update 01/02/26

Hey hey!

Time for that sweet weekly update! To start off with a huge thanks for those who came along the discord call this week. It was a tonne of fun and I got a lot of interesting questions! I'll be doing this sort of thing again in the future so no worries if you missed it but wanted to come along.

Update wise we've had some good progress, and I keep remembering scenes that I have that I wanted to get added in this update, but if I keep trying to add in all I want I'm just going to end up delaying it until I release the finished game. Baring any big interruptions, I should hopefully have the update dropping, for BLT and above, two weeks today I think!

The pixel sprite work for some new characters and extras for some old, like El's maid outfit, is coming along as well! I should hopefully have two new spirtes, El's new maid costume and updated uniquely made sprites for Kiba and the mysterious individual El can meet in the forest.

I've also been alluding to something spicy that I'm working on in the background for Branded as well, which has seen some significant progress this week and I couldn't be happier with at the moment! You won't be seeing this for some time though, so for the moment it's just me needlessly teasing you all and being irritatingly vague.

Last thing I'll say, is implementing a fair few of the scenes for this update are seeing some big escalations in content and interactions with a fair few characters and it's so exciting to see some of the big stuff come to fruition and how far things are getting with some people. I hope when it drops you'll be as excited as I am when implementing it.
