Being a naturist woman also means facing discomfort and confronting the way others interpret your body.

Because even though nudity feels natural to me, for many people it’s still seen as an invitation to comment, question… or sexualize.

How do I deal with these uncomfortable moments?
It’s not about how people react, but about how grounded I am in my message.

I choose to keep showing up, not because it’s easy,
but because I believe in what it represents.

Ser una mujer naturista también implica incomodidad y confrontar la forma en la que otros interpretan tu cuerpo.

Porque aunque para mí la desnudez es natural,
para muchas personas sigue siendo una invitación a opinar, cuestionar… o sexualizar.

¿Cómo lidio con estos momentos incómodos?
No se trata de cómo reacciona la gente,
sino de qué tan firme estoy en mi mensaje.

Yo elijo seguir aquí, no porque sea fácil,
sino porque creo en lo que representa.
