How We Stay Fit!

Well, it’s one of our most requested videos EVER… so today we’re finally delivering. 😅

Join us onboard La Vagabonde in the beautiful Indo-Pacific, where we’re anchored up and getting our sweat on just for you. After many outtakes and fits of laughter, Riley and I have pulled together what we hope is a fun little episode that answers some of the thousands of questions we get about what we do to stay healthy onboard... and what our “secret sauce” really is lol!

Let us know if you’d like more videos like this in the future? We actually had so much fun filming this one for you guys.

As always, thanks heaps for supporting us out here, living life on a floating home. We hope you enjoy this early preview, and if you’ve got more Q’s, drop them in the comments below – Riley and I will jump in later this week to answer them!

Love,
Elay, Riley, Lenny & Darwin

xx

Really enjoyed this episode as I just started to get back into working out and oh boy it’s not always easy but certainly worth it! Elayna can you drop the link for that Booty Band? Been meaning to get one and yours might just be the one!

7:15 ‘stinky shit’ LOL that said there seems to have been a period of time where “flogs”(sp?) were looked upon negatively for an adolescent there are those people who transcend and get ripped.

Same hardship as everyone else, yet you have good results, and that's the bottom line. I stopped drinking alcohol a few years ago, and now, only on special occasions, it feels better. I get Riley not wanting to be an inspirational guide while he struggles with his own. It's a show of good character, I am with you on that. Stay tuned and healthy.

The hardest part of the gym is getting there.

We were never heavy drinkers. Ironically, my wife never knows what to order when we do get alcohol so she orders what we used to drink back in our 20's, a Long Island Iced Tea! These days we hardly drink at all and it just seems weird when we are around friends who CAN'T seem to have fun without getting drunk! I'm with you guys. My life is better without it.

To be honest I wasn’t really interested when I saw the title … I’ve been struggling to get back to the gym after a few months being slack, lazy and unmotivated. But I love you guys so watched anyway … paused it when you made the protein shake and went and made my own instead of the bacon and eggs I usually enjoy. Then ordered the AG1 deal - I’d stopped taking it about a year ago and have been missing it. Watched till the end and feeling very inspired - I’ll be heading off to my third gym session this week feeling reinvigorated and motivated. I’ve just turned 68 and need to get this body moving and healthy again ❤️ thanks for the inspiration - so glad I watched this one 👍❤️

love this so much! Been hoping for an episode like this for many many moons. Way way back I bought or downloaded one of your recipe books Elayna, And I have totally been inspired by yall for years. Very relatable that you want to be strong for LIFE, I'm working on rehabbing my low back and I am looking forward to more workouts in the future and getting stronger to protect my back. Yes to more episodes like this. Also, noticed yall are not big dairy eaters! Any particular reason? Appreciate yall! <3

That was great. Can't say I was thinking I needed to see more of what you have already shown us over the years with your workouts and food but I did find it enjoyable. Being a health nut (toned down now in my old age) I am so in favor of healthy eating habits with some fun stuff thrown in. Thanks for taking the time to do all that. Your kids will thank you when they are older for all the habits you are instilling in them. Or else they will ignore if for awhile and then realize later that mom and dad really knew what they were talking about! :) One small comment. You guys get plenty of fish and the oil that goes with it so I wonder why you feel the need to take fish oil caps especially since they are really not as good for you as people think they are.

Loved it! I'm 67 and an amateur powerlifter. Like you, Riles, I'm not comfortable sharing what I do in the gym, but I do it to motivate others, especially those over 60. I started at 63, have lost 40 pounds while adding muscle, and can now bench press my body weight for the first time in my life. And I played sports in school and served in the USMC. Your comment about being assigned this one body before birth is so very true, and a smart person will stay strong to live longer, if nothing else. My hat's off to you for getting out of your comfort zone and for being a role model to those two boys. Kids watch and hear everything we do and feel. Pick your hard!
