3 Day Voyage with my Family
This week we're full speed ahead, sailing the North of Malaysia! 🇲🇾 Join us alongside some epic crew as we embark on a journey towards the legendary Kinabatangan River (where we're about to get our fill of pygmy elephants, orangoutangs and giant crocs!).
During this three day voyage, we're going to be hoisting some massive sails throughout the day and mooring up at some idyllic islands overnight... one of which is home to hundreds of baby critically endangered hawksbill turtles!?

In the early 1980s, I co-founded the Sea Turtle Preservation Society in Melbourne Beach, Florida, which is still active today, protecting turtles and educating the public. I don't mind saying, I got a bit blurry-eyed watching the boys' reaction to the hatchling release. And the sailing? Off the hook!

Love being back on the water sailing again. And, I think I am seeing a modified style of filming and editing. Lots of close-ups and I am enjoying the flow of the video. Very relaxing. 17, 18 knots, cool. And we are getting more this weekend. Great crew interactions.

I love the sailing shots, but more of the code zero when you have it in action. What a fabulous place. Can't wait to follow your trail in a few years from now. Maybe we can swap homes as Lenny will be heading for high school and we will be empty-nesting.
Lenny saw Satellites and both boys saw baby turtles that is some home schooling for sure!
