- A whole new SOUND tab: bass, rasp, the firing note itself, throttle

bark, decel burble, pop volume, pop tone and flames.

- Three new presets: QUIET, TUNER and MUSCLE -- seven in total, and

every one of them now sets the Sound tab too.

- Works on cars running engine-pack engines (PGP and friends), which

used to say "no adjustable exhaust".

- Drive-mode exhaust valves work again instead of being overridden.

- Pop & Bang no longer secretly changes how turbo cars drive.

- Plays properly alongside OE Sounds.

- Quick-hide button, tune sharing codes, new keybinds, and traffic

keeping its own sound.
