Golden Oaks Event Hall🍾
Hey beautiful peopleee.. I have another small build for you! This indoor/outdoor event space is ready for your next event. Whether it's a baby shower, birthday, or a family reunion, this space has everything your sims need to host the event of the season.
I added the hotel buffet table by Somik & Severinka. So your sims can party with functional food options—just click the table and choose “serve food” to spawn three different meal types: Breakfast, Lunch, or Dessert. When the party winds down, click again to clear it all away. Super simple and keeps the events feeling realistic.
The lot comes with:
- ☆ A half kitchen
- ☆ A bar inside & outside
- ☆ Men's & Women's Restrooms
- ☆ Location: Willow Creek
- ☆ Lot Size: 40x30
- ☆ Price : $113,709
Packs used/needed:
- ☆ Highschool Years
- ☆ My Wedding Stories
- ☆ Luxury Party
Unzip the folder

Wow this place is SO BIG and deceiving LOL You look at the outside and it's kind of unassuming like an Elk's Lodge or something and then, get inside... It's so grandiose! It's just I've never been able to get more than about 15 sims in one place and you have space for almost 3 times that :P And they rarely sit down! LOL I can do each Sim at a time and tell them to sit in a spot. Do you use Steady Sit for an event that big? Sorry fishing for info. I'm still learning.
