Here are some mods I recommend that will help this lot function properly for gameplay.

(I used Insimnia's grocery shopping mods on this lot to make it functional for your sims to shop for groceries. "When you download the Custom Register, it will be empty and will not contain any custom items. The Functional Food/Drinks/ Custom Ingredients will need to be downloaded separately.")

Your sims can also purchase produce on the lot using the displays with fruits and vegetables near the registers or the leaning produce on one of the vendor tables.

Make sure bb.moveobjects cheat is on before placing the lot (it'll prevent items from disappearing).

Unzip the folder
Drop the Tray files into your Tray folder
Put all CC in your Mods folder
(My game is ORGANIZED so there are a few folders to go through, but it's worth it trust) Let me know if anything is missing or acting up :)
