Also thank you for appreciating our girls LMSY like we do 😏
I love LMSY so much their chemistry/bond on and off cam is incomparable. I hope to see you react to more of their series not only just this one! HR ended up being so cute. It’s a “dramedy” as they call it. LMSY series isn’t complete without some drama mixed in with the comedy which isn’t easy to pull off btw. Thanks for reacting and giving them a chance. They deserve so much more recognition than they get.
Episode 3 starts directly where we left off: with Klao and Si looking into each other’s eyes up close in bed. But Si remembers how her family treated her, starts crying and turns to the other side of the bed as Klao keeps asking why she is crying. Eventually, Si admits why she went to her in the first place: she fought with her family and believes that both her parents and her sister think that she is the problem. She reports that they went to celebrate together that the land lease got renewed, but they didn’t bother to invite her at all, afraid that she would be causing trouble again, and argues that no one sees her worth even though she made this happen. Klao remarks that whenever she threw a tantrum as a kid, her father hugged her to make her stop crying as she tentatively touches her, and Si tells her that if she wants her to turn around again and hug her, she should dream on, but Klao doesn’t want to see her cry, she argues, because when she cries, she’s not pretty at all. But Klao doesn’t want to be the person who turn her back on her, and only turns around after repeated requests from Si, who then turns around again and cries at her backside hugging her. At 6 a.m., Jon (the rooster) cries, and Klao makes breakfast singing her favorite song while Si throws a bottle after Jon, calling him a stupid chicken and threatening him to snap his neck and grill him if he keeps this up. Klao just smiles at her and turns the music off. Klao thinks she’s weak to a woman’s tears and vows to make sure she won’t cry again. She then puts out some clothes for her and leaves her sleeping. In the morning, Si comes down to find Jiu eating grilled chicken, and Si thinks it’s Jon – who Klao took away earlier to her brother’s place not to bother Si anymore, which Jiu knows but doesn’t bother to tell Si as she keeps looking for the rooster, Klao calls her “love at first sight” to Jiu as he praises her for moving quickly. Klao requests that Jiu treats Si better as well, but Jiu lets her believe that he really ate Jon, but as Klao returns, quickly excuses himself to let Si explain the situation, and make Klao tell her that the chicken on his table is not Jon. Si complains that he called her Klao’s girlfriend, but Klao maintains that they are – and remarks that they are in fact engaged. Si thinks she’s skipping a few steps but Klao thinks her eyes are swollen. Si thinks it will go away, but Klao claims she will fetch something to put on the eyes, and asks her if she’s better now because she worries about her. Si thinks that Klao has a fever because she’s acting all nice for a change, but Klao argues she’s been good to her since the first time they met, she just don’t notice. So, she decided to treat her even better, to make her finally see. Si just laughs at her and calls Klao and Jiu crazy, and heads home. Klao tells her to return the shirt she borrowed from her after washing it. Si returns to the office to collect all her stuff – which is not much, as she barely spent any time there – and tells her assistant to bring to her car just as Song shows up, argues that she’s worried and asking where she spent the previous night, but Si argues that’s her business – and tells her she’s stepping aside to let her become the CEO, and asks her to tell their parents she won’t set foot there again, claiming she will stay out of everyone’s sight if they dislike her that much. Song pleads with her to take care of the company together, but Si argues that Song should have never been born as her sister, and that she was better off as an only child. Song later pleads with her father to give Si the CEO position, but he just thinks she will calm down eventually. Her father claims to love both his daughters equally, but argues that he barely had to worry about her, and claims that it’s his (and her mother’s) fault that they raised her that way. Song argues that he doesn’t need to be this harsh, and that she will help her, and her father makes her promise to take care of her after they are gone, no matter how reckless she is. And Song confirms it. Meanwhile, Klao talks to Kamnam, the village head, telling him the agricultural learning center in Bangkok has to be put on hold as she renewed the lease for the land, and he thinks that’s a shame because she wanted teenagers to value agriculture more, but is fine with that. Klao argues that one day, she will make this project succeed – just as Si returns yelling for Jiu to carry her bags. Klao come to her asking what bags Jiu carries, and Si tells her that she’s staying for a few night, and Klao is fine with that – in fact she calling that a win in her book. Then, she tells her that there’s no running water, as it goes out often in the country, so, she bathes in a tub outside. Si thinks it’s crazy to strip naked outside but Klao proposes to wear a sarong, and Si puts it on while Klao sneaks a peak or two 😉Then she proposes to bathe together as also put on a sarong, and we get a thoroughly unusual “obligatory bathtub scene™” as they both step into the tub and her favorite song plays again. They splash each other playfully with water, as Klao confesses that she wanted to beat her as they first met, because she looked down on her. So, she made that marriage proposal out of spite, but she’s changed her mind now – because she likes her, she admits, and after she saw her cry the previous night, it made her realize she want to be serious with her, and doesn’t want their relationship to be all business. She wants them to love each other and get married. Si thinks about her phone… … because she texted with Jane the day before asking her if missed each other, and she promised to see her in Thailand soon. Si tried to call her but she didn’t pick up, leading her to ask that they are as she never replies to her texts. Si gets out of the bathtub noticeably quietly claiming that she’s cold. The next day, Klao has to literally drag her out of the bed at 6 a.m. They make merit as Si is still sleepy, then, they take a trip around the countryside on Klao’s motorcycle as Si still is sleepy. As they make a stop, Klao asks Si if she likes it there, and Si claims she does, but wonders whether she’ll get bored in the long run. Klao argues that there are plenty of things to go, and claims to find something for her to do for her if she’ll ever get bored, but Si claims she doesn’t know or want to know anything about farming. Klao then tells her about the agricultural learning center she wanted to build in Bangkok, but she already cancelled that project, yet, she still wants to help the rural people there earn a living. Si claims the quite kind-hearted and Klao argues she has more than enough wealth for a lifetime, so she might as well share some of it. Si asks her about the land she owns in Bangkok, which are all in prime locations, but Klao argues that Si’s family is rich as well – so why is she so obsessed with land? Si argues that if the really get married, everything that belonged to Klao would also become hers, while whatever she owned would stay hers. Klao finds that weird, but admits she would give at all to her. Klao then wants to know if she talking to anyone else on her phone; and Si deflects by claiming she’s a socialite, so she’s of course always on her phone. Then, Si drives her back and it’s a bumpy ride. 😉 At home, Klao serves dinner, and Si wants to know if there is anything that Klao can’t do. Klao claims that so far, she isn’t really her girlfriend yet, only a business girlfriend, but she can wait, she argues. Si then wants to know where Jiu is, but Klao claims he’s at home because of days when he has dialysis he doesn’t feel too well, but he’s holding on, she claims, yet for how long, nobody knows. Si promises to treat him better if he doesn’t mess with her first, and Klao claims that all the money he hustled from her, he donated to the free hospital he’s visiting. Si then wants to know what Klao is doing that day, and Klao tells her that she will be taking the buffalos to play in the mud, and Si wants to join her – but Klao thinks she needs a new outfit for that… …and put her into a pink fertilizer shirt outfit, claiming she looks good in anything. Si then tells her that the first two digits on the shirt – 18 – are her personal number, and shows her that 18 written sideways looks like สี่ (Si), her name. They take the two buffalos to a mud bath, then, they try to catch some fish with Si bossing Klao around before joining her. Afterwards, they grill the fish, and it tastes great, with Klao arguing that’s because they caught is themselves. Afterwards, they rinse off in the river, and Si claims that she enjoys her time there, but she still prefers Bangkok. Klao is glad that she at least doesn’t hate it there, she carefully washes off all mud from Klao, then closes in and kisses her. But Si pushes her back and tells her not to cross the line. And that’s where the episode ends. ___ This was an hour of Klao and Si getting to know each other pretty much unbothered by other stuff, and we got glimpses of Si enjoying the country life and them getting closer. Si’s family is pretty much a non-factor by now as the “princess” has left the “castle” and abandoned the business – much to Song’s detriment. Klao shared a little of her motivation as well. This wasn’t as hilarious as the previous episodes, but a welcome breather which slowed down the narrative a little before the pace will pick back up next week with the arrival of Jane, I presume.
