This episode was very good . It's setting up the story . I have watched the series at least 3 times it's that good. Because the series was made in China and based off of the book with the same name ,You won't see the typical intimacy in the form of kisses and touches that we are use to seeing , Now the book did let the reader know their relationship but the series can't show that much. As the series progresses you will see that the 2 women will have a strong emotional intimacy connection which is why it's considered a gl . There is so much more to come .Thank you for reacting to this show as you are 1 of the few creators that have done so. You are in for a ride in this 12 part story. I am enjoying your reactions .
Oh yeah I forgot this ep ended on a cliffhanger 😅 I don’t think the photographer girl is an assassin, if I remember correctly this was set around the time of world war II (I could be very wrong considering I watched this a long time ago) and she was essentially trained to be a soldier and now she is trying to live like a normal civilian but she still uses her skills for personal reasons.
