The Glass Frogs Are Hopping In! 🐸✨
Oh, I had quite an adventure with these tiny frogs! At first, I printed the entire underside in transparent filament... but of course, all the infill was clearly visible through it. :D So I had to come up with another solution and create an extremely thin transparent belly layer.
And yes - I really mean extremely thin! You can even peel it away and perform your own little frog dissection to reveal the organs inside. :D
Glass frogs are real animals with transparent bellies and visible internal organs! You can learn more about this unusual species from the printable fun-fact cards, available in 11 languages.
The frogs are very small, but nothing is stopping you from printing them at a much larger size!
Important printing order: print the internal organs first, and then print the frogs. There is a pause already added to the print profile - when the printer pauses, simply place the organs inside the frog and continue printing.

Hi- how do I get the glass frogs?

Got to the glass frogs to print after doing the longer print organs, did anyone else have trouble with the extruder hitting the organs while printing? I checked the picture three times before resuming print to make sure it was placed right and it did it to the second frog too.
You can print it flat or change layer height from 0.16 to 0.2 it should work
