Autumn 2025 Postcard

Hello friends! Now that the postal strike has changed to a rotating strike, our new postcard prints are finally in! This adorable design I shared in my third milestone update is by our brilliant character designer Ain, who has taken over as postcard artist while I focus on rebuilding Moonshell Island's pitch demo in as short a timeframe as I can. It's a huge relief knowing this job is in such capable hands. Thank you, Ain! <3

This design plays well into a theme of embracing the mess and chaos of pursuing an ambitious dream, which ties in all too perfectly with how this project's development has gone so far... ^^;

I'll be mailing these handwritten postcards to all patrons in the qualifying tiers this weekend. Thank you so much for your patience and continued generosity as we navigate all these unexpected delays and bumps in the road. We're working extra hard to keep a reliable pace, but things don't always go to plan and your understanding is much appreciated!

As for the Moonshell Island Reboot, I'm starting the next technical sprint a bit later than I was aiming for due to this and other life stuff I had to tend to. Now that's handled, I should be able to devote myself fully to rebuilding another system in our Menu series! Hopefully it won't be too long before you hear from me again.

See you then~ <3

Your friend,
Sam
