It's sad that the screw up Valve is talking about, might be Tyler's fault. I'm sure Valve discontinued Community Made events because of the Invasion fiasco, putting Valve into insecure mode, never wanting to trust the OPEN community again.

Also, I think a lot of Valve are just working on other projects, like VR before getting back to tf2. They do need a game for the Index after all.
