TCW EP35: Warp Plasma Can't Melt Station Beams
This week we're talking about season 2, episode 4: "Dead Stop," and the week of October 9, 2002. In history, things are beginning to become very bad! However, this episode of Star Trek: Enterprise....is good? And we liked it? What's going on here? What's happening?! AHHHHHHhHHHHHH
(By the way, this is the NORMAL speed version, sorry for the goof up!)

Thank you for The Ketchup song. I had never heard it. Their take on the Rapper's Delight chorus is amazing.
Did you guys see that Michael Sussman has been all over the internet recently talking about his pitch to Paramount for a new Star Trek series centred on Archer as President of the Federation 30 years after Enterprise called Star Trek United? https://trekmovie.com/2025/10/01/exclusive-scott-bakula-led-star-trek-united-pitch-explores-archers-family-romulan-war-aftermath/
Not Archer for President! Archer as the President's best friend. Shran for President! with apologies to jack warner
This is one of them I do remember. I didn't really think of the Borg that much, because all of the technology was in line with the Next Gen/DS9/Voyager era Federation (Voyager presumably didn't put people into a living death to make their "bio-neural gel packs" but it's the same basic concept anyway), but it was all just turned to sinister ends. But I suppose the Borg are basically just the Federation taken to a sinister extreme so it's a reasonable connection to make.
