Reminds me of a few Tzeentch tales, where the forces of order push innocent people into the thrall of Tzeentch of what they assume. I imagine this one was not a Tzeentch cultist, but in her panic, the Changer heard her cries of help.
Man that’s true dedication to a costume, fake moving eye, making your blood a different color, finding out how to grow feathers, really it’s impressive.
So what happened if we spare her
You get laid Joking, I was thinking about 2 panel drawing of her: 1) sweet moment of her getting close to you, thanking you for sparing her 2) hinting she's an actual cultist (but kinda ambiguous so it could be also consider otherwise)
