Somehow, I don't see the Sororitas being part of such an endeavor. I'm not saying such things don't happen. But when it does, the Ecclesiarchy is turning a blind eye, not endorsing it or participating in it. If there were Battle Sisters present, they would probably be ordered to depart, to find another battlefield to serve the God Emperor on.
Saint Celestine is Sororitas and worked with the Ynnari during the Gathering Storm; Ephrael Stern works and travels closely with an Aeldari named Kyganil, who is a former Harlequin; some Adepta Sororitas fought in a monastery in Armaggedon along with an Ork and a Gretchin, etc. Adepta Sororitas have been known as well to work with Xenos in rare situation where it was very important (they don't like it one bit, though).
