Status Update #71 - July 19, 2026

Last week I said I might know by now whether I'd get the update out in July...but I'm still not certain. I continue to work away at coding every day, but there were a couple days last week I wasn't feeling well, so some days less so. Either way, I continue to work dilligently; given the track record of how nice people have been about release dates, I'm sure you'll understand if it ends up dropping in early August. It's a simple matter of "it'll be ready when it's ready", here, and I am dedicating as much time as I can to making sure that is sooner rather than later.

My apologies on still not releasing the bonus story; I still don't have all the art, so not much I can do. Hopefully I can get it out soon and tide people over with some pre-update content. This one will be the third (and final for a while) entry in the Nat/Chesna series of bonus scenes, which have been my favourite thusfar, so I'll do my best to live up to the prior two.

Writing: 100% done
Coding: 40% done
CGs: All either made or in the process of being made
Animations: 1 more scene to do
Background Art: 100% Ready
Music: 100% Ready

You guys have no idea how badly I want the CG thing to finally say 100% done by next week. Oh my god I have been waiting for this one for so long.
