Everything We've Learnt from our Wonderful Dairy Goats - Episode 47
Hi to everybody out there!
Let us start by saying thank you for your patience this week. It's an incredibly busy time for us, but we think we are over the hump. Troy successfully completed another lap around the sun and we managed to stow away another six months worth of food!
This episode is in real time so, as well as the subject of the video, this one also serves as a bit of an update on the baby belly. Who knew overalls could be such great maternity wear :)
We do love our goats and they provide us with such an amazing source of nutrition that we thought we should share with others the lessons we have learned which may pave the way for those considering these wonderful, and somewhat maligned, livestock. Even if you don't have space in your life for goats, we think this video is also a fun look into the special relationship our goats have built with us. Yes they can be exasperating, but hopefully this shows the rewards that offset the minor hassles.
As always, we hope this finds you happy, healthy and in high spirits.
Our thanks
Troy, Pascale, Jude, Dot and Hugo

Quite enjoyed the video. Very informative! Troy has quite the solid interview style. Has he considered a career as a talk show host in the future?
Bahaha - he's certainly sporting the moustache for it at the moment. We might have to revive the Whitsundays look!
A very well put together video, for animal lovers. Your care and hard work is so evident throughout. Thank you for sharing your hard work and all that you are learning in such an entertaining and informative way.
We're so pleased you enjoyed it Paul. A bit of a departure from our usual vlog format but we enjoy mixing it up the interview style and find it's an engaging way to impart knowledge.
You guys are just the best. Your animals are so well loved and cared for. Thank you so much for all you share ... we certainly enjoy every video you send through. Take care. Janette & Tony
Thank you both. Like you all our goats have a special place in our hearts.
Great video, watched it with my sister Fi at Encampment Cove on Maria island on Bubbalui. Tucked up as it’s blowing 25 to 35 knots from the north and 11 degrees. Just back from 1200 nautical miles across the Coral sea from Vanuatu to the Gold Coast. Memorable sail. Learnt lots about goats they are lovely creatures. Regards Alistair
Fantastic we have such fond memories of that place. Brrrrrr must feel cold after all that tropical sailing. So nice to hear from you and our love to Fi.
