B is for Being - Uncovering Authentic Expression
A friend of ours from Fremantle and a patron of Free Range Sailing, Benjamin Hammersley, creates podcasts, a blog and videos on his website (www.bisforbeing.com). We'd like to share this video and his website here because what he is doing may resonate with some you.
In 2015, Ben started 'B is for Being' a site dedicated to sharing the tools and practices for uncovering authentic expression.
At age 27, he had a profound insight while living abroad, he could see that his natural state of being was one of authenticity, capability and wholeness. He saw that this state of being arose naturally as a result of treating his limiting beliefs with compassion and acceptance.
This was a profound experience for Ben as he'd always believed his base state of being was one of inadequacy. Up until that point, he'd spent most of his life trying to prove his worth to others.
Ben has since interviewed many others on their journey of self-discovery and has begun making gentle videos in nature to provide moments of rest and reflection when life gets a bit rough.
He's just announced that he will be diving deeper into this work to create gentle tools and resources to guide others back to their own authentic state of being.
