Troy, in case you haven't seen there is an alberg 37 on yachtworld in Tahiti for $8715 US. It undoubtedly need work they aren't mentioning, but has a self steering vane, wind generator, solar, etc. Could be a steal, could be junk, but figured it's something you would definitely want to know about.

Nice gear. Congratulations. Of course this will make the decision-making process much harder. Given the photogenic nature of your location. Be mindful of the fact that the National Geographic specials on the tube are just an hour long. Enjoy yourselves for these are the "good ole days".
