Meet Guinevere

Guinevere was the sleeve I was mainly excited and worried about. I have never made such dramatic sleeves before but KNEW she could be a star!

Definitely named her after the Queen character in the King Aurthor story because of the drama, the regalness, of the whole design. I purposely chose another volante for the end of the sleeve vs a standard gathered rectangle. If I was gonna go big, I might as well do it right.

For this particular Avalon Duster, I went with a stiffer fabric and I want to test this sleeve with a softer drape next time! I can't wait to share the results of that when its ready.
