In all honesty, Malfoid is like a bratty, tsundere, kusogaki who's always convinced she's better than everyone but will back down at the drop of a hat. Like Golden Witch Beatrice from Umineko levels of haughty, but she backs down as fast as Megumin from Konosuba when confronted and can't get out of it

I love when you get inspiration from recent art ideas, I still go back to the gyaru bulbasaur and slowpoke ASMRs sometimes! as insurmountable the wall of arrogance might seem, try to insert a few cracks into it.. there's so much that can be done there with a fem!malfoy, like the fight between the raging pride that's built up her entire life against the tiny holes poked in her ego that've lead to being begrudgingly impressed or even slightly attracted (disgustedly when she thinks about it) to harry

you have to be sure to make it known that you're better than everyone else in the immediate area. others may be good, but they'll never be you.

this is oddly relevant to my interests. thing is, Harry isn't a mudblood so the direct denigration aspect wouldn't really work. but what if you roleplayed a world where Harry joined Slytherin instead? in the story, the sorting hat did offer the choice to him, knowing Harry could do really well in that house. and with Malfoid already there, the choice seems a no-brainer to me 🫠

He's deeply insecure and also overcompensates a LOT and Harry is a bit of a pushover but then he snaps and confronts him. I feel like it'd be really fun to see her get flustered and nervous when Harry gets close to her and she might fall to her knees... basically a glass cannon all bark no bite 😋

It depends on how you wanna do it I guess, but traditionally Malfoy was very cruel, evil, and discriminatory towards Harry throughout the series, but you could do it as a tsundere angle and make it that way which I think could be very fun as a twist on the usual.

That sounds so fun I've just been seeing female Draco too and she's so good and bratty a lot of the artwork has been like she's very Tsundere but she's actually considered for him kind of sweet

I saw a post saying that Malfoy's wand has a core made from unicorn hair, which would mean that deep down, despite all the brattyness and upper class upbringing, Malfoid has the heart of a pure virginal maiden. I like to think that would make her get flustered over accidentally praising Potter for something impressive!

Yeah I’ve been seeing so much art of her. I really like her design. Reading the books as a kid I can’t believe how much better the character works as a tsundere girl. I guess other things would be snobby and making fun of Harry’s scruffy clothes/hair/glasses. Also how quickly she’d fold under actually pressure when she can’t use her status/money. I guess she’d also be jealous of Hermione spending so much time with Harry. (Didn’t actually expect to remember so much about the series still lol). I think it’s gonna be really fun. I’m really looking forward to it!

i get to be harry potter? halloween came early! for me the most interesting thing about Draco was his relationship with his dad, he was very demanding of him and sometimes very cold, so i imagine Draco very weak to praises or to being recognized. he might even put a mask of bravado then, because he's not used to that.

I only watched the movies so I don't have the show as a reference but the snobbier the better if you ask me
