Sometimes just talking about stuff helps a lot and is very relaxing and comforting... I feel like what seems to be obvious and so logical can be so difficult to see but thinking about it together and getting to hear about your experience and the way you go about your emotions and how to control them made me realize I could do better. I hope I can remember your voice telling me these things whenever things get rough because I think they'll help me a lot.. in fact tonight before sleeping I think I'll be remembering and going through some again in this vod to help me face Monday a little bit better. Don't worry about yapping and sharing your thoughts, I think that a lot of us appreciate it and will find something that work for us.
