👨‍🍳"Let's talk, Kiddo!" Mod v.1 - Can we make some new family recipe?

EN: Another cozy interaction between your kids and their parents, and this one is kinda special for the latest expansion pack (though you can use it anyway) 🙌 Now your kids can ask their parents about creating a new family recipe together!

FUNCTIONALITY: 

🔹Now, any of the kids or caredependent can ask their parents about creating a new family recipe together;

🔹A parent will give one of 100 random answers, which also contains ideas of what that family recipe could be. I've got inspired with the Family recipe system and tried to use in-game recipes and ingredients for those suggestions;

🔹Interaction is available by clicking on a parent under a custom Pie Menu category "Let's talk, Kiddo!";

🔹This interaction also gives a custom buff (there are 7 for each a kid and a parent).

IMPORTANT: Back in January I've updated the very first interaction from this series and asked everybody to re-download it. If you had this interaction (it is called "Which hobby would you like to pursue?"), but didn't update it, please do.
