Organizing my inspiration - EVERY reference photo I saved in 2021!
This is basically 40 minutes of me gushing over pretty dresses. I'm not sure how interesting it will be? But I felt very inspired after filming it, so perhaps it will inspire you too!
I'm spending today figuring out some plans for 2022, messing with my hair, and knitting my dog a sweater. I hope you have more exciting plans for the holiday, and that both the end of 2021 and start of 2022 treat you well.
Thank you SO MUCH for the support this year, I appreciate it more than I can put into words. <3

Angela, How are you spelling that Japanese artist's name? I find her work amazing.
Have you searched for "mourning dresses" or "half-mourning"? Society ladies who lost a family member wore specific clothing colors during the mourning period, especially the first year. This would have included black primarily with gray and purple added during the half-mourning period.
Why do you use folders on your desktop instead of a pinterest board? I find pinterest to be better for saving the source of an image and keeping things linked to the websites that they were originally posted to, as well as keeping notes on why I saved a particular image.
Please finish the Peacock dress and the Downton Abbey ones soon!! I am So so so excited to see them!!
So I am really looking forward to the Elizabethan fashion, if you do it. Also, as a huge fan of Oblivion, I would 100% support making shiny, ridiculous fantasy game armor. And if loving that is wrong, I don't want to be right.
I desperately have been waiting for someone to either the Tudor period or the Elizabethan period. I love both so much but they are so intimidating, I don’t even know where to start
can’t wait for the Noelle “bustle queen” collab I sense in your future 🤩 also I cannot WAIT to see the Sakizo inspired projects!!! I can already feel how cute they will be in my soul 🥰
