Chapter 5 - General overview

Due to problems with the proofreading for Chapter 4, I had a lot of idle time. With that in mind, I was able to finish all the preparations for Chapter 5 on Monday this week. I will start working on the animations, which should be finished by the time Chapter 4 is released to the public. Then, I will take a two-week break before starting the static renders for Chapter 5.

With the release of Chapter 4, the introductory phase of the game is officially complete. From now on, the fun and carefree times are over, and it's time to move the story forward.

One change that will already be noticeable in Chapter 5 is the effect of branching. For each Main Li, there were previously two options to either say goodbye to them completely or put them on a secondary route. That will now stop, and your decisions will begin to have an impact on your relationships with them.

At least in the first draft, Chapter 5 looks smaller than the previous chapters 4 and 3. I expect this to grow a little due to the Lewd scenes that have not yet been written, but it should not exceed 3000 renders in the end. Based on these numbers I expect to finish my work at the end of April. This already makes a first estimate for mid to end of May possible.
