Chapter 4 - Progress update #10
Label 12 is complete, and Label 4 is in full swing. I thought Label 4 would cause me more problems, but due to the few assets I use there that need to be simulated per pose, I'm making faster progress than expected. I took the extra time and threw in some coding work that I actually wanted to do after finishing the rendering.
In short, I made some minor adjustments and expansions to the walkthrough. In some places, it wasn't clear whether a route ended or if the entire Li content was omitted when a decision was made. I provided this for all new decisions and retroactively changed the descriptions to include "Ends XX content" or "Ends XX route." I also adjusted three "Good Ending" descriptions, which will become clearer with the release of Chapter 4. Despite incorporating a walkthrough, my general approach is to try not to spoil too much. These decisions still contribute to the "Good Ending"; they just have new tooltip descriptions. The pre-release information for Chapter 4 will show you which Good Ending variables I changed.
That's it for this time. Until next week.

Looking good, I can't wait to dive into this update. I do have a question, and maybe it will be explained in the updated walkthrough. When choosing a response to Sarah, Hailey or Lisa the tooltip reads XX route, however, when choosing a response to Madelyn the tooltip reads Good Ending. Are they similar/related or for different outcomes later on? Of course if answering is a spoiler then yeah I understand.
Hailey, Lisa and Sarah are currently Li's, so they can have routes. Madelyn is currently no Li, so she can't have a route. You can get a bad ending while being on a route and you can get a good ending while not being on a route. I won't go into any more detail wether someone can become a new Li, what will the endings look like, etc. For this you'll simply have to keep playing.
Thanks for the update! I'm encouraged to see Madelyn getting back to back "update covers".. kind of a naughty and nice vibe going.. Can't wait to see more of her. I have a feeling this update is going to be amazing! :)
